So, Health is the blessing from God and no one can earn or take good health on his own because its God blessing and God gives this to anyone whether he is teacher, Engineer, Poor or Rich, White or black.


And when you have this blessing then you must take care of this so that you can enjoy your life fully.

  4. Healthy food is necessary but the time of eating food is extremely crucial in this matter. If you don't have a timetable of eating or you ate food every day at a different time then this irregularity affects your health.
  5. Fruit and vegetables are extremely important. If you eat fruits or vegetables regularly then these provide you with good health in response.
  6. Walking or exercise regularly also plays an important part in providing good health, So, make it a habit to walk or exercise to remain fit and healthy.

So, these are the simple measures which you can easily adopt in your life to protect you from disease and remain healthy.
